Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms apply when you use this website or hire us.

1. Our services

PixelWave Studios provides digital marketing, creative and website services. The exact work, price and timeline for your project are set out in the written quote or proposal we send you. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.

2. Quotes and payment

  • Projects (design, video, 3D, writing and websites): a 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance is due on delivery, before final files are handed over.
  • Monthly services (social media, performance marketing, SEO and email marketing): billed at the start of each month.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.

3. Ad spend

For performance marketing, your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the ad platforms (such as Google, Meta or TikTok). Our fee covers strategy, setup and management only.

4. Revisions

Design, video and 3D projects include two rounds of revisions. Website projects include revisions at the design stage and a final review before launch. Extra revision rounds can be added for an agreed fee.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the content, logins, feedback and approvals we need on time. You confirm that you have the rights to any logos, images, footage, music or text you send us. Delays in feedback can move the delivery date.

6. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Stock images, fonts, music, plugins and software licensed from third parties stay subject to their own licenses.

7. Results

We work hard to grow your business, but marketing results such as rankings, followers, leads or sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

8. Cancelling

  • Monthly services have no long-term contract. Tell us before your next billing month starts and we will stop at the end of the current month.
  • Projects can be cancelled at any time. The deposit covers work already done and is not refundable once work has started; any work completed beyond the deposit is billed.

9. Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify or your web host, including account suspensions or ad rejections.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and unreleased work confidential and use them only to deliver your services.
