Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the website secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes and deliver the services you hire us for.
- To answer support tickets and show their status to you.
- To send you messages about your project. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run this website, who process data only on our behalf:
- PythonAnywhere, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google (Gmail), which delivers email notifications about your requests to our team.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
This website uses one essential cookie that keeps forms secure and keeps our team logged in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Do Not Track
Because we don't track visitors across websites, this website does not change its behavior when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How long we keep it
We keep project and support records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.
